Digital Media Manager International (m/f/d)

Your tasks

  • Editorial responsibility for the English-language Bayer 04 Facebook page, Threads, Instagram Broadcast channel and X
  • Creation of relevant content for all Bayer 04 social media channels (Instagram, YouTube, X, Facebook, Threads, TikTok, LinkedIn) and digital media channels like the Bayer 04 App
  • Creative topic sourcing, planning and implementation of editorial calendar across platforms relating to Bayer 04
  • On-site reporting of Werkself matches as well as other Bayer 04 events
  • Active community management and interaction with Bayer 04 followers
  • Operational management of agencies and service providers
  • Furthering the strategic development of internationally oriented digital content of Bayer 04

Your profile

  • At least 2 years of professional experience in digital areas of editorial, public relations or brand communications - in English
  • Very high proficiency in spoken and written English; native-level fluency preferred.
  • Always on top of relevant topics, news, information and digital trends
  • Strategic thinking, quick response, very good communication skills, ability to work in a team, resilience and flexibility, highest integrity
  • Experienced in working in corporate structures in a cross-functional manner
  • Experienced in content management systems as well as graphics and editing programs such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro or comparable software
  • Completed studies in the field of media & communication or humanities
  • High level of interest and affinity for football and Bayer 04
  • Ability and flexibility to travel with the professional team to away games
